摘要
对数螺旋锥齿轮作为一种极具科研和使用价值的新型齿轮,众多特性明显优于格里森渐缩齿及奥利康制等高齿。齿轮测量是齿轮投入使用前的关键环节,但是对数螺旋锥齿轮空间啮合原理的复杂性导致其测量方法和精度一直无法满足需要。通过齿轮测量中心的数控测量及检验,可以获得高精度对数螺旋锥齿轮的测量评价,使得长期处于设计并未投于批量生产的对数螺旋锥齿轮的质量得到提高,设计制造周期大幅缩短。对对数螺旋锥齿轮在生产中的应用进行初步探讨。
Logarithmic spiral bevel gear is a new gear that has highly value for research and using. Many features make it better than Gleason tapered teeth and Oerlikon Gleason high gear. Gear measurement is significant before using, but the precision and measurement methods have been unable to meet their needs due to the complexity of the meshing theory of logarithmic spiral bevel gear. Through the measurement and inspection of CNC gear measuring center, it can get highprecision measurement and evaluation of logarithmic spiral bevel gear, making the logarithmic spiral bevel gears to improve the quality, and design and manufacturing cycle to be shortened. A preliminary study of the gear is discussed in production.
