摘要
利用ANSYS有限元分析软件,建立了薄管板波节管式换热器和普通光管薄管板换热器的三维模型,对其在正常运行工况时的管板进行应力和应变的分析比较,得到两种换热器的位移曲线图和Mise应力曲线图,对仅受壳程压力与仅受管程压力时,换热管对管板应力分布的影响进行分析比较。结果表明波节管可以缓解管板的变形及应力,同时,薄管板波节管式换热器管板厚度计算方法可用普通光管换热器的管板计算方法替代,为此类换热器管板厚度设计计算方法提供了依据。
The 3-D modeis of the thin tubesheet heat exchangers with the corrugated tubes and the straight tubes are created by ANSYS FEA software. The deformation and stress distribution in the tubesheet from the tubes are anslyzed and compared in the conditions of normal operating. The displacement curves and Mise stress curves of two kinds of heat exchanger are obtained. The influences of stress distribution in the tubesheet from the tubes are analyzed and compared in the conditions of only by the shell pressure and only by the tube pressure. The deformation and stress can be relieced by corrugated tubes. The calculation method of thin tubesheet heat exchangers with the corrugated tubes use the thin tubesheet heat exchangers with the straight tubes instead. The foundation in this kind of the heat exchanger of the calculation method on the tubesheet thickness is provided.
