摘要 采用虚拟现实对快速伸缩机构进行运动仿真和虚拟装配研究能够提高针对快速伸缩机构结构优化和装配工艺方面的研究效率,降低研发成本。利用Solidworks建立数控机床高速防护罩快速伸缩机构基本模型,运用3DMAX和Multigen creator软件进行模型转换,结合机构学和软件优化原理对模型进行了面片精简和优化;采用相交线和双dof节点嵌套的方法完成了机构运动自由度的建模;实现了虚拟现实运动仿真系统对快速伸缩机构模型的要求。采用虚拟现实技术应用此模型对其机构结构和装配工艺进行研究,有效地提高研发效率。 The virtual reality of rapid expansion mechanism motion simulation and virtual assembly research can improve the structure optimization of rapid expansion mechanisms and assembly proces efficiency, and reduce development costs. A NC shield fast movement retractable mechanism basic model was established by means of Solidworks, then it used 3DMAX and Multigen creator software for model transformation. The faces were streamed and optimized under the principle of mechanism and software optimization. The mechanism movement freedom model was finally established combined intersecting lines and double dof dots, which realized the requirements of virtual reality simulation system for fast movement retractable mechanism model. Research on structure and assembly process by means of virtual reality using the model that it established though above can improve R&D productivity effectively.
