摘要
首先提出公交都市物质性规划建设的内涵,指出在规划建设层面既要重视公交设施、路权等纯交通设施问题,更要关注城市空间结构和用地布局是否适应公共交通发展。然后,面向我国城市规划建设,从宏微观土地利用(城市形态、新镇及居住区)、道路交通设施(多层次公交、路网布局结构、步行空间及静态交通)两方面设计公交都市物质性规划建设的策略及路径。
This paper firstly clarifies the connotation of physical planning and construction of public transport-based metropolis, pointing out that more attention should be laid on whether the urban spatial structure and land use pattern are adaptable to public transport development, besides the issues concerning the construction of transportation facilities including mass rapid transit, exclusive lane for public transit, and road utilization right. Then, based on the urban planning and construction conditions of China, deeper discussions are carded out on designing of strategies and related routes for the physical planning and construction of public transport-based metropolis from perspectives of macro and micro land use (urban morphology, new town and residential area) and road and transportation facilities (multi-layered transit, road network structure, pedestrian space, and static transportation).
