动物离体结肠运动模式的研究

The Study on Animal Colonic Motor Patterns in Vitro

摘要 由于道德伦理的约束和离体结肠的获取困难,人体结肠的研究大为受限。因此,要了解结肠运动模式的种类及其神经源性和肌源性特征,动物结肠实验的开展尤为重要。在离体全结肠浴槽实验或肌条实验的基础上,用钙成像、离子通道测定、结肠测压和时空图等方法研究动物结肠运动模式及其机制,为人体结肠运动模式及其机制的研究提供宝贵的实验基础。 Because of the limitation of ethics and the hardship of getting human colon in vitro,the study on human colon is largely limited.To understand the types of colonic motor patterns and the neurogenic and myogenic features,the study on animal colon is extremely important.Based on the organ bath or muscle strips,calcium imaging,ion channel detection,colonic manometry and spatiotemporal mapping are used to identify the colonic motor patterns and the mechanisms underlying those patterns,and to provide experimental experience for studying human colonic motor patterns and the mechanisms.
