手足口病是5岁以下儿童常见的丙类传染病,发病率高,危害性大。随着临床研究的深入,手足口病可以引起多系统的并发症,神经系统和心血管系统的并发症最常见、最严重,是手足口病主要死亡原因,此外尚可引起血液、呼吸、消化等系统的并发症,全面了解手足口病的并发症及其临床表现、诊断和治疗方法,有利于临床医师对手足口病并发症的认识,提高临床医师的诊断和治疗水平。

Hand-foot-and-mouth disease is one of the C-class infectious diseases commonly happened to the children under 5 years,with high incidence and great harmfulness.As the clinical research develops,it has been demonstrated that hand-foot-and-mouth disease can cause complications of muhi-systems.Complications of the nerve system and cardiovascular system are the most common and the worst ones,which are the main reason of death of the patients with hand-foot-and-mouth disease.Besides,hand-foot-and-mouth disease can also cause complications to the blood,respiratory,and digestive systems.The comprehensive study of hand-foot-and-mouth disease complications and their clinical manifestations,diagnosis and treatment is conducive to the clinicians＇ understanding of hand-foot-and-mouth disease complications,so as to increase their level of diagnosis and treatment.
