IL-21基因多态性与SLE易患性关系的Meta分析

摘要 目的 用Meta分析的方法综合评价白细胞介素(IL)21 rs907715多态性与系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)的关系.方法 检索中国学术期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、PubMed、Embase和Web of Knowledge数据库,检索时间为1997年1月至2013年12月.按照纳入和排除标准纳入合格文献,并对其进行质量评价,用Stata 11.0软件进行Meta分析.结果 共纳入4篇文献,包括7802例SLE病例,7907例健康对照.Meta分析结果显示rs907715 G>A多态性与SLE有关(OR =0.868,95%CI =0.828~0.919),纯合子模型(AA vs GG,OR =0.740,95%CI=0.628~0.871)、杂合子模型GA vs GG,OR =0.838,95%CI =0.753~0.970)、隐性模型(AA vs AG+GG,OR =0.830,95% CI=0.721~0.954)和显性模型(AG+AA vs GG,OR =0.818,95%CI =0.726~0.922)也显示同样结果.结论 rs907715位点多态性可能与SLE易患性有关,A等位基因对SLE有保护效应. Objective To assess the associations of IL-21 rs907715 polymorphism with SLE.Methods A comprehensive search for articles from Jan.1997 to Dec.2013 was conducted from Database on CNKI,CBM,PubMed,Embase and Web of Knowledge.Qualified studies were included accoMing to the criteririon,and the quality was assessed,and Stata 11.0 software was used for meta-analysis.Results Altogether 4studies were included including 7802 SLE cases and 7907 controls.Overall,for the IL-21 rs907715 G 〉 Apolymorphism,the A allele frequency across different ethnicities plws a protective role(OR =0.868,95% CI =0.828-0.919).Similar effect was observed in all models,including homozygote model(AA vs GG,OR =0.740,95% CI =0.628-0.871),heterozygote model(GA vs GG,OR =0.838,95% CI =0.753-0.970),dominant(AG + AA vs GG,OR =0.818,95% CI =0.726-0.922) and recessive model (AA vs AG + GG,OR =0.830,95% CI =0.721-0.954).Conclusion rs907715 polymorphism mW be correlated with SLE susceptibility,and the A allele has a protective effect.
