聚乙二醇电解质散剂联合达立通治疗便秘的临床效果观察

Study on the Clinical Effects of Polyethylene Glycol Electrolyte Powder Combined with Dalitong in Treating Constipation

目的观察聚乙二醇电解质散剂治疗便秘的临床效果,并研究探讨其作用机制。方法选取2012年5月至2013年5月于解放军451医院门诊治疗便秘患者108例,按随机数字表法分为聚乙二醇电解质散剂组与甘露醇组,每组54例,甘露醇组采用口服甘露醇口服液进行治疗,20%甘露醇50 mL,每日1次晨服;聚乙二醇电解质散剂组采用聚乙二醇电解质散剂联合达力通进行治疗,聚乙二醇电解质散剂1盒(6A+6B)加入750 mL水,每日1次晨服;达力通每次6 g,每日3次口服。结果聚乙二醇电解质散剂组总有效率为90.74%,甘露醇组总有效率为77.78%,聚乙二醇电解质散剂组有效率显著高于甘露醇组(P<0.05)。结论聚乙二醇电解质散剂联合达力通治疗便秘的临床效果更为明显,此方案值得临床应用推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effects of polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder combined with Dalitong in treating constipation,and to explore its mechanism.Methods We collected 108 cases of patients with constipation admitted in No.451 Hospital of PLA from May 2012 to May 2013,and randomly divided them into two groups as the observation group and the control group with 54 cases each before treatment.The patients in the control group were treated with orally taken mannitol（20% mannitol,50 mL/d,took in the morning）,while the patients in the observation group were treated with the combination of polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder and Dalitong（polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder,1 box dissolved in 750 mL water,once per day,took in the morning; Dalitong,6 g × 3 times/d）.A retrospective analysis was taken on clinical data,with the summary and final conclusions.Results Total effective rate of the observation group was 90.74%,while that of the control group was 77.78%,the difference between the two groups was had statistical significance（P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion The therapy of polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder combined with dalitong in treating constipation has relatively optimum clinical efficacy,which is worth being widely recommended in clinical practice.
