改进型阻抗含水率计模拟井标定

摘要 针对改进型阻抗式含水率计标定结果受动态实验随机性影响问题,开展了重复标定实验.将5次实验对应流量及含水率下的实验结果进行平均计算,得到5次实验的平均图版,将平均图版作为仪器的标准标定图版进行含水率测量误差的计算.结果表明除低流量时的个别点外,含水率测量误差均在±3%以内.用多次标定得到的平均图版计算模拟井含水率,能有效减小随机误差,得到理想的含水率检测结果. In the light of the problem of the random influence of the dynamic experiment on the calculated results of the improved impedance watercut meter, the repeated calculating experiments are conducted. At first, by taking the average calculation of the experimental results of the corresponding flow rate and water cut for five tests, the av- erage chart board is obtained for this five times of the experiment. And then, regarding the board as the standard one, the calculation of the measured errors of the water cut are made. The results show that except the specialized points of the low flow rate, the measured errors of the water cut are all ±3%. The water cut of the simulating well is calculated by means of the average chart board obtained from many times of the calculation, thus the random er- ror can be effectively reduced, and finally the ideal tested results of the water cut can be achieved.
