不同越冬防护措施对福鼎大白茶产量及品质的影响

摘要 检测了5种越冬防护措施对福鼎大白茶产量及品质相关因子的影响。结果显示,相对于对照区,防护区春茶鲜叶百芽重、产量、折干率及茶叶主要品质成分——水浸出物、多酚类、氨基酸、咖啡碱、可溶性糖类含量均有不同程度的提高,且降低了酚氨比,而夏茶变化不明显。停止防护措施后,仍对春茶有较明显影响,但对夏茶不明显。 Five kinds of wintering protective measures were adopted to study their influences on yield and relative quality factors of Fuding Dabaicha.The results showed that compared with control,the hundred-bud weight,yield per unit area,wet-dry ratio and the contents of main chemical components including water extract,polyphenols,amino acid,caffeine,soluble sugar of spring tea in protective zone showed different degrees of increase,and the ratio of polyphenols to amino acid decreased.For summer tea,these characters didn't change obviously.When the protective measures stopped,there were still some effects on spring tea,but little on summer tea.
