摘要
用传统SPWM产生的修正正弦波逆变电源存在以下缺陷:输出电压中含有大量的谐波分量,带负载能力较差,不能给感性负载供电等。为了解决以上问题,提高逆变电源的带负载能力,在单极性SPWM技术的基础之上,设计了一种新型正弦逆变电源。通过精确控制开关管的导通关断和适当改变负载续流回路,实现零压续流,使负载得到纯度极高的正弦波电流。重点分析和论述了反压续流和零压续流的工作原理和过程,利用SABER软件构建系统主电路和控制电路模型并进行仿真,得到了纯正正弦波电流,克服了传统SPWM的不足,使后续电器设备的使用寿命变长。
Modified sine wave inverter power, which is generated based on SPWM technology, has the drawbacks of many har- monic component in the output voltage, weakness on load ability, and cannot supply power to inductive load. To solve these prob- lems and improve the load ability of inverter power supply,a new sine wave inverter power based on unipolar SPWM is designed. Through carefully arrangements of the switching transistors' status and adequately controlling the zero/reverse voltage current continuing loop, a pure sine load current can be realized. The system's key working and control process, especially the zero/reverse voltage current continuing, is described in detail, and the system's function is verified by SABER simulation. It gets the pure sine wave voltage and current and overcomes the shortages of traditional SPWM technology, thus makes the follow-up longer service life of electrical equipment.
