大型养路机械捣固作业轨道质量评价指数研究 被引量:21

摘要 随着铁路朝着客运高速化、货运重载化的方向发展,以及列车运行密度的提高,轨道结构平顺性管理的重要性日益凸显。通过分析轨道质量指数(TQI)7个子项标准差随时间的变化规律和有砟轨道上应用大型养路机械捣固作业的效果,提出由左高低、右高低、水平、三角坑4项轨道几何不平顺标准差组成的大型养路机械捣固作业轨道质量评价指数,并对其分布规律进行了分析,发现其服从γ分布。大型养路机械捣固作业轨道质量评价指数的提出依据及其分布规律的确定,为铁路工务部门进行有砟轨道大型养路机械维修管理决策提供了评价指标和理论依据。 The recent years has witnessed the speed acceleration of passenger transport,the load increase of freight transport,and the improvement of operation density in the overall railway industry. Under such background,the railway maintenance sector tightens its management on track regularity. The paper analyzed the changing patterns of the standard deviations of seven subitems of the track quality indexes ( TQI) over time and the tamping effect of the large maintenance machinery used for the ballast track. The track quality assessment indexes including standard deviations of four geometrical abnormality of tracks were proposed,indicating a γ distribution. The introduction of the Track Quality Index to Large Machinery Tamping Work ( TQITW ) and its distribution can be used for the management of large maintenance machinery for ballast track and for the decision-making of the maintenance sector.
