摘要 垂直深孔阶段强制崩落嗣后充填采矿法是一种新的采矿方法,该方法在无底柱分段崩落采矿方法的基础上结合充填采矿法演变而来。在书记沟铁矿运用垂直深孔阶段强制崩落嗣后充填采矿法进行矿块回采,是一次全新的尝试。实践成果如下:1)增加了阶段高度,减少了开拓和采准的工程量,可以更早地对采场进行回采;2)提高了生产效率,减小了回采成本;3)凿岩和爆破作业的安全性提高。研究成果对提升公司技术水平,增强企业技术创新能力和核心竞争力,有效提高技术管理水平和经济效益具有重要的现实意义。 The vertical, crater retreat with forced caving and backfill mining method is evolved on the basis of non-pillar sublevel caving mining method combined with backfill mining method. The mining method that used in ore block stoping at Shujigou Iron Mine is a new attempt. The practical result shows that the application of this mining method increased the stage height, reduced the quantities of exploration and mining. It improved the production effi- ciency and reduced the cost of mining. The safety of drilling and blasting is improved as well. The research promoted the company's technical level, the enterprise technology innovatiove capability and core competitiveness. The technical management level and the economic benefit are improved, which have a vital practical significance.
