摘要
中色卢安夏铜业有限公司巴鲁巴铜矿矿体北翼陡倾角矿体目前已基本回采完毕,余下资源主要为缓倾角矿体。针对缓倾角矿体的回采,尝试过多种采矿方法,但均未收到良好的效果。目前使用单分段崩落法,此采矿方法主要问题为采矿贫化率过高。为解决此问题,利用有限元软件ANSYS对采场不同布置方式时围岩的应力变形状况进行分析,对计算结果进行比较,最终确定了适合采场的结构参数,即凿岩道布置在矿体下盘3m的位置,凿岩道间距设置为12m。实践结果表明,采用优化后的结构参数,贫化率由原来的33.35%降至24.24%。该研究为工程领域采场结构参数优化设计提供了一种新的方法。
The north wing of Baluba Copper Mine of CNMC Luanshya Copper Mines PLC is a steep inclined orebody, which has already been mined out. The retained area is a gentle inclined orebody, which is hard to recovery. Many mining methods have been tried but little was efficient. At present, the single level caving method was used, which has a problem of high dilution. In order to solve this problem and make the stope arrangement more favorable for mining, the stress and deformation condition in surrounding rock was analyzed in different stopes arrangement method by using large-scale finite element software ANSYS. Compared with the simulated results, the optimal structure parameters of stope was got with the drilling drive under the footwall of orebody for 3 m and the distance between the drilling drives for 12 m. The practical result shows that dilution rate decreased from 33.35% to 24.24 after using the optimized structure parameters.
