摘要
采用聚酰亚胺涂膜活性炭的方法制备了聚酰亚胺绝缘粒子。将聚酰亚胺绝缘粒子与粒子电极混合后构成三维电极反应器的床层填料,应用到对染料废水的电催化降解实验。对绝缘粒子与活性炭体积比、聚酰亚胺绝缘粒子的耐酸碱性以及电催化降解操作条件如电解电压和电流密度等进行了探讨。结果表明,床层中绝缘粒子与活性炭粒子最佳体积为1/3。聚酰亚胺绝缘粒子电绝缘性能好、耐腐蚀性强、使用寿命长,能够均匀分布在粒子电极中,减小了短路电流,提高了电流效率和对染料废水的电解效率,为聚酰亚胺提供了一种新的应用。
Polyimide insulating particles were prepared by coating activated carbon with polyimide. The obtained insulating particles were mixed with particle electrodes to constitute the packing layer in three dimensional electrode reactor in which electrocatalytic oxidation of dye wastewater was carried out. The volume ratio of insulator to activated carbon, acid and alkaline resistance of the polyimide insulating particles, and operation conditions of electrocatalytic oxidation such as electrolysis voltage and current density were investigated. The results show that the optimum volume ratio of activated carbon particles and insulating particles of the packing layer is 1 / 3, the polyimide insulating particles have excellent electrical insulation property, strong anti acid and alkali, long performance life. Polyimide insulating particles can be dispersed in the packing layer of three dimensional electrode reactor, which reduces the short circuit current, improve the current efficiency and efficiency of electrocatalytic degradation. Polyimide insulating particle also provides a new application for polyimide.
