摘要
分析了电饭煲面盖产品结构和性能要求,借助Pro/E软件完成了模具结构设计。重点介绍了模具的热流道系统、内部的斜顶侧抽芯与外部的液压油缸、斜顶、斜滑块结合的侧抽芯机构设计等。经生产实践验证,模具结构合理,布局紧凑,运行平稳,所生产塑料件质量满足使用要求。
By analyzing operation and structure requirement, Pro / E was used for mold structure design. The design of hot runner system, side-coring pulling mechanism of combination form of inner angle pin action core pull and outer side core pulling mechanism combined with hydraulic cylinder, oblique guide pillar, inclined sliding block was elaborated mainly. The production practice prove that the mold is compact in structure, feasible and credible in operation. The quality of plastic parts satisfies the technical requirements.
