摘要
在分析原理的基础上,通过具体实例说明使用具有优良效果的阳离子性有机凝结剂可防止树脂类的致污或引起断纸,有效地固着施胶剂;或根据硫酸铝、增强剂等方面的条件选择相合性良好、适用的助滤助留剂;或在使用有共同目的药品时用效率更高的药品进行更换组合。采取这些措施可减少湿部药品的总用量和蒸汽用量,改善作业性能,满足降低成本和节约资源的需要。
Based on the principle analysis,it illustrated by the practical examples that the application of cationic organic coagulants can prevent from pitch trouble and web break,effectively fi x sizing agent; compatible and suitable retention and drainage aid system is selected according to the conditions of alum and strengthening agent; more effi cient chemicals are used to replace ones when same purpose can be reached. Adopting these measures can reduce the chemical dosage in the wet end and decrease the steam consumption,improve the runnability,to meet the needs of cost reduction and resource conservation.
