14种中药及其复方的体外抗菌活性 被引量:31

In vitro Antibacterial Activities of Fourteen Traditional Chinese Medicines and Their Compounds

摘要 选取黄连、黄芩、丹参、连翘等14味中药,分别采用平板打孔和试管二倍稀释法对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、链球菌等临床常见致病菌进行体外抗菌试验,并以抗菌活性较好的药物为主药组成复方,进行中药复方抗菌活性研究。结果表明,黄连、黄芩、丹参和连翘对大肠杆菌具有较好抑菌作用,最小抑菌质量浓度(MIC)分别为16.0、62.5、125.0和62.5g/L,最小杀菌质量浓度(MBC)分别为32.0、125.0、125.0和125.0g/L,黄连、黄芩、丹参、连翘、地锦草和红花对金黄色葡萄球菌具有较好抑菌作用,MIC分别为16.0、32.0、125.0、16.0、62.5和125.0g/L,MBC分别为16.0、32.0、250.0、16.0、125.0和250.0g/L,黄连、黄芩、丹参和连翘对链球菌具有较好抑菌作用,MIC分别为32.0、32.0、16.0和125.0g/L,MBC分别为32.0、64.0、32.0和125.0g/L。复方2和复方3对3种供试菌均具有显著抑菌效果,MIC和MBC为8.O~64.0g/L。说明,黄连、黄芩、丹参、连翘等单味药对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、链球菌均具有较强抗菌作用,以其为主药组成的复方呈现协同抗菌作用。 Fourteen kinds of Chinese herbs, which included Rhizoma Coptidis, Radix Scutellariae, Re- dix et Rhizoma Salviae Miltiorrhizae, Fructus Forsythiae, and so on, were employed to test their anti- bacterial effect on the common clinical pathogenic bacterium (Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus and Escherichia coli) by using agar diffusion plate method and tube twice times dilution method in vitro. Then the herbs that had optimal effect were chosen to compose as a monarch in a compound prescription to compare their antibacterial activity. Results shown that the antibacterial activities of Rhizoma Coptidis, Radix Scutellariae, Redix et Rhizoma Salviae Miltiorrhizae and Fructus Forsythiae on Esckerichia coli were fairly good, the minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) was 16.0,62. 5, 125.0,62.5 g/L, respectively; and the minimum bactericidal concentration (MBC) was 32.0, 125.0, 125.0, 125.0 g/L, respectively. The bacteria restraint of Rhizoma Coptidis, Radix Scutellariae, Re-dix et Rhizoma Salviae Miltiorrhizae, Fructus Forsythiae, Herba Euphorbiae Humifusae and Flos Carthami were quiet good on Staphylococcusaureus, the MIC was 16.0, 32.0, 125.0, 16.0, 62.5, 125.0 g/L, respectively; and the MBC was 16.0, 32.0, 250.0, 16.0, 125.0, 250.0 g/L, respective- ly. The bacteriostatic of Rhizoma Coptidis, Radix Scutellariae, Redix et Rhizoma Salviae Miltiorrhizae and Fructus Forsythiae on Streptococcus were pretty good, the MIC were 32.0, 32.0, 16.0, 125.0 g/L, respectively; and the MBC was 32.0, 64.0, 32.0, 125.0 g/L, respectively. The above patho- genic bacteria were sensitive to the compound prescription 2 and compound prescription 3, of which the MIC and MBC were between 8.0 and 64.0 g/L, respectively. These results indicated that the an- tibacterial effects of Rhizoma Coptidis, Radix Scutellariae, Redix et Rhizoma Salviae Miltiorrhizae and Fructus Forsythiae on Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus and Esckerichia coIi, and synergistic an- timicrobial effects were found on these compound prescriptions.
