高校法学专业著作权法本科教学现状分析

An Analysis of the Teaching of Copyright Laws for Law-Major Undergraduates

我国法学本科专业的著作权法课程主要是伴随着大学知识产权教育的发展而起步的。目前,著作权法课程已逐步从传统的知识产权法学教学方式中剥离出来单列开展教学,且被纳为知识产权专业的必修课程。但是就目前相关课程设置和教学安排而言,尚存在一定的缺陷或不足,著作权法教学的重要性还有待进一步的体现。

Copyright law, an undergraduate course for law majors, has been developed on the basis intellectual education. At present, it has been gradually stripped away from traditional teaching methods of intellectual property law as an independent course as well as a required course for IP professionals. In terms of its curriculum and teaching situations, there are still some limitations or problems. The importance of copyright law teaching should be amplified.
