摘要
调节性T细胞是一类具有免疫抑制作用的T细胞亚群，在变态反应性疾病的特异性免疫治疗中具有重要作用，其可能通过细胞与细胞之间直接作用及通过上调IL-10及转化生长因子β起免疫作用。
Regulatory T cell is a class of T cell subsets with immunosuppressive effects. It has an important role in specific immunotherapy of allergic diseases, and may immune through directly acting between cells and upregulating IL-10 and TGF-β.
