摘要 利用单个光纤光栅传感器的锥形结构和必要的参数同时测量应力和温度。通过写入线性光纤并将其制成锥形结构,利用FBG(光纤布拉格光栅)的波长峰值和波形半峰值宽度来编码信息。FBG的半峰值宽度只依赖于应力,与温度的变化无关,利用这一特性,可以实现用单个光纤光栅解决应力和温度的交叉敏感问题。Matlab软件仿真结果表明,应力和温度的误差分别界定为±15.26με和±1.92℃。 Strain and temperature are simultaneously measured by using the conical structure of a single Fiber Bragg Grating(FBG)sensor and the necessary parameters.Information is encoded by writing it in a linearly etched fiber and making it into a conical structure and using the peak wavelength and the waveform half peak width of the sensor.Strain-temperature cross-sensitivity of a single FGB can be resolved by utilizing the feature that its half peak width is only dependent on the applied strain,but not on temperature variations.Matlab simulation results indicate that the errors of the strain and temperature are defined as±15.26μεand±1.92℃respectively.
