为了满足消费者日益增强的对面料舒适性和美观性的需求,开发新的交织物是纺织业重要的课题。本文介绍了一种新型天然丝纤维和棉纤维纱线交织物及其生产方法。它解决棉纤维纱线与天然丝纤维交织时在织造准备、后整理生产上的差异,使得当棉纤维纱线作为经纱时不需要采用传统浆纱机上浆,同时交织物在后整理时不需要进行碱丝光处理,避免浓碱对天然丝纤维的伤害。

In order to meet the increasing comfort and beauty requirements of the consumers, the development of new types of knitting is an important issue in the textile industy. This article introduces a new type of knitting using tmtural silk and cotton yarn and its production method. It solves the differences of pretreatment and finishing processes by knitting natural silk and cotton yarn. In this way the traditional sizing process for cotton yarn using a sizing machine becomes no longer necessary. At the same time the mercerization by the finishing process is not needed, which avoids the damage of natural silk by using the highly concentrated alkali.
