摘要
为了研究总结三元催化器载体失效模式,文章以发动机开发过程中三元催化器载体失效情况为例,通过实物结构及外观分析、失效样件中异物的材料成分分析,总结出目前载体失效模式可分载体破裂、腐蚀、烧熔及堵塞,并提出解决方法,为以后出现类似问题提供解决思路。
Taken the monoliths failure of three-way catalytic converter during engine development as an example, with the analysis on physical structure and appearance, and on material composition of the foreign matter in the failure parts, the paper summarizes that its failure mode is classified into rupture, corrosion, melt and occlusion. Solution is put forward, which provides methods for similar problems in future.
