摘要
电磁离合器机械式发动机水泵受发动机控制模块的控制,会间歇性运行,达到节能减排的效果,但会影响依赖于发动机余热加热的空调制热系统。文章通过实例增加辅助电加热器的应用以及一维模拟计算辅助分析,提出了改善乘员空调加热性能和舒适性能的优化方法,即采用辅助加热器芯体和空调控制模块,通过对不同环境温度、发动机目标水温、离合器水泵吸合频率,以及空调加热时的风量与辅助加热器补偿功率等因素的优化匹配,达到在节能减排的同时,又提高空调加热性能的目的,为后续优化工作提供了一种研究方法和方向。
Controlled by engine control modules, the electromagnetic clutch engine water pump runs intermittently to get the energy conservation and emissions reduction, whereas heating performance of air conditioner which depends on engine waste heat is also influeneed. Through the application of auxiliary, electric heater and one dimensional simulation aided analysis, the paper puts forward the way to improve occupant air conditioning heating performance and comfort. Using auxiliary heater core and air conditioning control module, the optimization match is implemented on ambient temperature, target water temperature of engine, clutch water pump operating frequency, air volume when heating and auxiliary heating compensation power, which not only saved energy and reduced emission, but also improved the heating performance of air conditioner. Research approaches and direction are provided for following optimization.
