摘要
"多规合一"是我国当前空间规划体系改革的一个重要方向和手段。本文以莆田实践为例,通过量化分析发改、规划、国土、环保等部门多个规划间的差异,提出规划间的协调策略,探讨规划"一张图"编制方法,并针对各专业规划提出相应的修改指引,为"多规合一"相关领域的深入研究进一步提供经验借鉴。
＂ Multi -Planning United＂ is an important direction and means of our current spatial planning system reforms. In this paper, taking the practice of Putian ＂Multi -Planning United＂ as an example, Through quantitative analysis of planning among multiple departments such as NDRC, planning, land and environmental protection, etc. Made coordination between strategic planning, explore the method based on planning ＂a map＂ , and put forward eorresponding modification for each major planning guidanee, offer reference for farther research on ＂Multi - Planning United＂.
