施工图审查含政策性与技术性审查。按政府有关文件与设计规范,做好工作流程各环节的过程质量控制,抓住合同评审、收件、人力资源配置、意见记录单、修改与复审、出件与归档、重大变更等管理点,总结提高,防止类似问题的再发生,建立有效的质保体系,以"品质"与"服务"为主线,及时交付合格的施工图审查成品。

Construction plan review includes both policy and technical review. We must do well in quality control in process of all aspects of the flow production according to the relevant government documents and design specifications. First, we should do well in management, such as, the contract review, revelant ma- terial collection, human resource allocation, keeping a record of different kinds of opinions, doing something necessary in revision and review, archives man- agement and the major change. Then we should always sum up the experiences or lessons in our work each time to prevent similar problems from happening again. We should also establish an effective quality assurance system and do well in both ＂quality＂ and ＂service＂ to timely deliver the qualified products of the construction plan review.
