摘要 本文通过厦门机场3号候机楼地下停车场工程实例,重点介绍了大曲率球壳混凝土结构飘板施工工艺、难点,由于球壳结构的特殊性,要达到设计师的意图需通过采取针对性工艺技术和组织管理措施,才能成功解决全现浇混凝土球壳飘板施工的测量定位、模板曲率控制、曲面模板支撑标高控制、高大模板支撑安全、钢筋工程曲面施工、混凝土浇筑等难点,经济地解决了大曲率球壳结构施工技术难题。 Base on Xiamen Airport Terminal 3 parking lot project, this paper foe, uses on the large curvature sphere concrete structure construction technology.Because the spherical shell surface molding difficuh, it need to use some special method to achieve the intention of designers, spherical shell structure fonn wnrk difficulty lies in the control surface molding, form work need one - time support forming, diffieuh curvature contrnl, elevation measurement accuracy, need to adopt the effective technical measures to guarantee the spherical shell floating slab form work ensure curvature requircments. This paper through the process and take appropriate technical and organizational measures to manage successfully resolved measurement of positioning the whole cast concrete construetion sphere floating panels, templates curvature control, surface construction steel works, concrete pouring and other difficulties, Mainly through the template elevation, curvature on the quality control of spherical shell structure. Eeanomic solution to the large curvature of the spherical shell structure construction technology challenges.
