近年来,管桩基础在房屋建筑领域应用日益广泛,提高管桩基础场地的勘察质量势在必行。本文主要分析总结针对房屋建筑拟采用管桩基础的场地详细勘察,从准备阶段、正式施工和勘察成果形成阶段、成果提交之后的施工服务阶段等3大阶段分别进行分析和考虑,相应进行事前控制、事中控制和事后控制,整个过程应重点控制和认真对待的一些环节,使详细勘察质量得到提高,促进勘察工作为管桩基础设计和施工提供更好的服务。

Recently, the foundation of pipe piles was used widely in the field of building construction, so it is imperative to improve the quality of investigation for the building construction foundation of pipe piles. This article summarized steps of investigation for the building construction foundation of pipe piles. The whole process is divided as three major phases： preparation stage, investigation and report, and service after investigation. The three phases also were de- scribed as prior - control, mid - control and post - control. The whole process should be control strictly and supervised, in order to improving the quality of investigation, and providing better services for pile foundation design and construction.
