摘要
深圳地铁7号线某盾构区间下穿一座运营中的高架桥,桥梁桩基侵入区间红线范围内,需进行托换。结合对既有桥梁结构形式、现场周边环境和施工条件的调研,提出了适合本工程的井字型托换梁系,本文对该施工技术中的桩帽、连接部位、托换梁施工和托换过程进行了详述,可为今后类似工程提供参考。
A shield tunnel of Shenzhen metro line No .7 will construct beneath a viaduct bridge in operation .Because of invading the red line of the interval , the bridge foundation needs to be underpinned .Combined with the research on both the structure of the form , the bridge site surrounding environment and construction conditions , the paper proposes a special type underpinning beam .In this paper , the construction technology of pile cap , connection part , underpinning beam and underpinning process were introduced in detail , which can provide reference for similar projects in the future .
