为提高高层建筑基础的设计施工质量,保证建筑的整体安全性,结合某高层办公楼设计中的基础选型案例进行详细分析,分别对桩基础、筏板基础和桩筏基础进行对比分析,指出桩筏基础对本工程的适用性,并提出基础选型的注意事项。

In order to improve the design and construction quality of high -rise building foundation and to ensure the overall safety of the building , combined with detailed analysis of a selection of foundation structure in the design of a high -rise office building , comparative a-nalysis is conducted respectively in the respect of pile foundation , raft foundation and pile raft foundation .Then the applicability of piled raft foundation to this project is pointed out , and the precautions of foundation selection are proposed .
