摘要
为持续提高膜下滴灌水稻的稻米品质,研究测定了4个粳稻品种籽粒大米吸水率、延伸率和米粉的膨胀势与黏度特性。结果表明,品种T-14籽粒淀粉理化特性的综合性状最优,其外观品质、蒸煮品质和食味品质综合评价最高;大米吸水率、大米延伸率和米粉黏度特性这3个理化指标与膜下滴灌水稻的稻米品质密切相关。
Rice water absorption, grain extensibility, swelling power and viscosity of four rice varieties were measured in order to increasingly improve the quality of rice with drip irrigation under mulch film. The results showed that the T-14 variety had the best qualities of starch physicochemical characteristics, appearance quality, cooking quality and eating quality. Moreover, three physicochemical characteristics, including rice water absorption, grain extensibility and viscosity, had close relation with the quality of rice.
