摘要
针对辽东地区的实际情况及水资源利用现状,以东港灌区为例,建立了合理的评价指标体系和综合评价模型,结合层次分析法和熵值法确定综合权重,采用灰色关联法对灌区进行综合评价,并利用近似理想点法进行验证。两者的结果基本一致,并且与实际情况相符,说明了综合评价结果具有一定的可信度,为提高灌区运行管理水平和建设改造方向提供了依据。
According to the actual situation of Liaodong area and the characteristics of water resource utilization, this paper takes Donggang irrigation regions as a study case, establishes a reasonable evaluation index system and a comprehensive evaluation model for agricultural irrigation areas, combines the analytic hierarchy process and entropy value method to determine the comprehensive weights, and uses the grey relation analysis to evaluate irrigation schemes. Also, it is verified by using approximate ideal point method. Both The results of the two methods are basically identical and both accorded with the actual situation, which implies that the comprehensive evaluation result has certain reliability and can provide a scientific basis for the improving the operation and management level and determing the construction and reform direction of the irrigation district.
