摘要
劫持人质案件谈判最主要的技巧即在于谈判员与劫持者之间的沟通过程,然而,沟通的能力并不是与生俱来的,而是一项必须不断地学习及练习的技术。谈判失败的主要原因往往是谈判员在处置劫持人质案件过程中不能有效应对各种因素和状况,不会采用适当的沟通技巧。谈判人员很有必要掌握各种克服与劫持者沟通障碍的办法及在不同的状况下的沟通方法与技巧。
The main skill of negotiation in taking of hostages is the communication course with hijacker. However,communication ability is not by nature but a skill which needs constant learning and exercise. The reason of negotiation failure is that negotiator could not response to kinds of factors and situations effectively,could not take proper communication skill. So negotiators should hold different methods for overcoming the communication obstacles with hijacker and different communication skills.
