摘要
功率因数校正是开关电源设计中的一个重要问题,PFC以其外围电路简单,功率因数高而得到广泛使用,但PFC外围参数的设计是一个难点。针对此问题,提出一种确定外围参数的方法。通过理论分析控制器件内部结构、建立数学模型、Matlab仿真分析,从而在理论上完全掌握控制器件外围参数对系统控制性能的影响,避免在调试过程中出现太多的盲点。将此方法确定的参数应用于实际电路,只需经过简单调试,就可设计一款性能较好的高功率因数开关电源。
Power factor correction(PFC)is an important issue in switching power supply design. PFC is widely used due to its simple peripheral circuits and high-power factor,but design of the PFC external parameters is difficult. To solve this prob-lem,a method to determine the external parameters is proposed. The internal structure of the control device is analyzed theoreti-cally,mathematical model is established and Matlab simulation analysis is performed,so as to fully grasp the influence of exter-nal parameters on the control performance of the system,and avoid too many blind spots in the debugging process. If the parame-ters determined with this method is apply to the actual circuit,a high-power factor switch power supply with high performance can be designed by means of a simple debugging.
