湖北省恩施州农村地区初级中学体育教师现状调查分析

运用文献资料法、数理统计法、问卷调查法等方法,以湖北省恩施州农村地区30所初级中学的81名体育教师为研究对象,通过对相关学校的体育教师数量、男女比例、职称、学历、年龄构成、教学工作开展情况、工作环境、对工作及收入的满意度等基本情况进行调查,结果显示:湖北省恩施州农村地区初级中学体育教师数量配备不足、教学工作量较大、工作环境艰苦、器材设备不足、大部分体育教师对工作及收入状况表示不满意态度,影响着体育教师结构的稳定性。
