高校学籍档案是一种规范化、科学化和标准化的信用凭证。但在学籍档案的收集,整理、交接、信息化管理中出现了一些问题,这些问题的存在成了为毕业生、为学校、为社会提供真实可靠信息的绊脚石。各高校需要制定相应的措施解决这些问题,还可以设立学籍档案开发机构,在现代化设备、技术、管理环境上下功夫,做好学籍档案的开发利用,更好地为高校各部门和社会服务。

University archives is a standardized , scientific and standardized credit voucher .But some problems appear in the archives collection ,arrangement , transition and information management .These problems are blocks to provide true and relia-ble information for the graduate , the school and the community .Universities and colleges need to formulate corresponding measures to solve these problems .They can also set up archives development agencies .They should work hard on modern e-quipment, technology and environmental management .And do a good job on the development and utilization of Archives .Do better services for university departments and society .
