福建省农民工劳动合同签订的影响因素研究

Factors affecting migrant workers signing labor contracts in Fujian Province

运用二分类Logistic回归分析方法研究福建省农民工劳动合同签订的影响因素。研究结果表明,职业技能、外出务工年限、健康状况、是否了解劳动合同相关法律制度等因素对农民劳动合同签订影响显著,而性别、教育、组织化等因素影响不显著。要提高农民工劳动合同签订率,需加强劳动法律制度建设,加强对农民工的劳动法律法规宣传与教育,重视农民工职业技能培训等。

Factors to affect migrant workers signing labor contracts in Fujian Province are investigated by dual Logistic regression analysis. The results show that factors such as occupation skills, years of working outside, health, knowledge of labor contract law significantly influence migrant workers＇ labor contract signing, and the factors such as gender, age, education, systematization insignificantly influence migrant workers＇ labor contract signing. Accordingly, to enhance the rate of the labor contract signing, it is necessary to strengthen the legal construction of labor law, to strengthen the publicity of labor law for the migrant workers, to attach great importance to migrant workerst occupation skill training.
