摘要
韶钢4号锅炉引风机高压变频器室安装在煤炉的附近,已运行10 a,变频器所处的恶劣运行环境以及设备自身的老化,造成变频器功率单元模块经常烧毁,使高压变频器调速装置反应迟缓,甚至失效.通过对旧变频器进行改造,针对性地采取措施,改善了变频器对运行环境的适应性,提高节能效果.
The high voltage inverter for the fan of #4 Boiler was installed near the coal stove in the room, and has been running for a decade. The working environment is harsh as well as the device itself is aging, which causes the inverter power unit module often burned, making the high voltage inverter respond slowly, and even fail. Through the reform of the old in- verter and by adopting the proper countermeasures, it improves the adaptation of the inverter to the harsh operating environment, and increases the efficiency of energy - saving.
