摘要
热过载保护不但要保护电动机绕组绝缘不因温度过高而损坏,还要充分发挥电动机的过载能力。提出了一种基于热效应的过载保护模型,并推导出电动机内部温升计算的离散化递推算法,构建了电动机内部温升模型。采用该模型可对电动机的温升进行实时计算,实现了电动机的智能化控制。
Thermal overload protection should not only protect motor winding insulation from being damaged as a result of high temperature, but also bring into play the motor overload capability. An overload protection model based on the thermal effects was presented, and the discrete recursion algorithm for calculating internal temperature rise of motor was deduced. A model of the internal temperature rise was established. By means of the model, temperature rise can be calculated in real time, and the intelligent control of the motor is realized.
