摘要
随着电力电子技术的发展,变频技术日益成为电力传动节能降耗的重要手段。研制了一种应用于矿井下风机的隔爆型矿用变频器,阐述了产品主回路设计、控制回路结构、控制软件与震荡抑制,及该装置在工业现场的运行试验结果与分析。现场运行结果表明,该变频器满足性能设计要求,输出波形良好无脉动,适用于矿井风机控制。
With the development of power electronics, frequency conversion technology has become the significant way in energy saving. The research and development of a mine-used flameproof frequency converter were described. Main circuit, control loop structure, control and vibration suppression software, as well as analyzation of the device's operating results in the industrial field were elaborated. Running results show that the converter performance meets the requirements, the output waveform is quite good and pulseless, which is suited for the control of fan in mine.
