心理资本与感恩对大学生就业能力的影响 被引量：3

摘要 大学生就业能力是针对大学生就业市场提出的。谢娟[1]认为就业能力包含了人际交往因子、分析计划因子、积极适应因子、责任承担因子。其从内涵行为侧面阐释了大学生就业能力的概念。
