人博卡病毒病毒样颗粒研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 人博卡病毒(Human Bocavirus,HBoV)是 Allander 等2005年在呼吸道标本大量筛查中发现的一种新病毒,迄今为止 HBoV 共有4个基因型,分别命名为 HBoV1~4。目前HBoV 的致病机制尚未明确,研究结果 HBoV1主要存在于呼吸道分泌物中,引起婴幼儿呼吸道感染;HBoV2-4主要是在粪便标本中被检出,其中 HBoV2及 HBoV3被证实与急性胃肠炎有关,又以 HBoV2的检出率最高。
