摘要
为了研究换热管内析晶污垢的成垢规律,对圆截面直角弯管内硫酸钙沉积特性进行了数值模拟,研究了不同入口速度、入口温度、溶液入口浓度和壁面温度对污垢沉积的影响,得到了硫酸钙沉积率、剥蚀率与污垢热阻随时间的变化规律。
In order to study the regularity of crystalline fouling in heat exchange tubes, the numerical simulation of CaSO4 deposition characteristics were investigated in right-angle pipe bends with the circular cross-section. The research contents are the effects of different inlet velocity, inlet temperature, inlet solution concentration and wall temperature . The deposition rates, erosion rates and resistance of CaSO4 fouling variation with time are obtained.
