摘要
目的探讨情景设计视频教学对提高输液中心护生静脉输液相关能力的作用。方法将2012年9月至2013年1月在输液中心实习的58名护生分为对照组,2013年9月至2014年1月的实习护生58名为对观察组,对照组采取传统的一对一带教法,观察组采用情景设计视频教学法。结果教学结束后观察组护生的静脉穿刺成功率、患者满意度、带教组长对护生的教学效果评价显著高/优于对照组(均P<0.01)。结论情景视频教学方法用于输液中心的临床教学,使护生增强了与患者的沟通能力,赢得了患者信任;使护生获得了更多的操作机会,静脉穿刺成功率得到提高;极大地提高了输液中心的临床教学效果与护生的相关能力。
Objective To explore the role of scenario oriented video teaching in improving intravenous (IV) intusion ability oi nursing students. Methods Fifty-eight nursing students practicing in infusion center in September 2012 to January 2013 served as the con- trois and received one-to-one mentor coaching, while 58 students practicing in September 2013 to January 2014 were treated as the observation group and were given scenario-oriented video teaching. Results The success rate of Ⅳ puncture, patient satisfaction, and teaching effect evaluated by the clinical teacher leader in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group (P〈0.01 for all). Conclusion Application of the scenario oriented video to clinical teaching in infusion center, can increase commu- nication between nursing students and patients, and create opportunities for students to practice Ⅳ puncture. After the interven- tion, students' Ⅳ puncture ability and the teaching effect in infusion center are improved.
