摘要
目的探讨人口学资料对护生自我控制与生活满意度的影响及护生自我控制与生活满意度的相关性。方法采用大学生自我控制量表和青少年学生生活满意度量表对辽宁医学院372名本科护生进行调查。结果不同性别护生的自我监察和自我强化及自我控制总分,不同生源地护生的自我评价,不同年级、是否为学生干部、不同月生活费护生的自我监察、自我评价、自我强化及自我控制总分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01);不同生源地护生的家庭、自由和学校及总体生活满意度,不同年级护生在学业、自由、学校和环境及总体生活满意度比较,不同月生活费护生在家庭、学业、学校及总体生活满意度比较;是否为学生干部在友谊、家庭、学业、学校及总体生活满意度比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01);自我控制与总体生活满意度呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论自我监察和自我评价是影响护生生活满意度的主要因素,提高护生的自我控制能力有利于提高其生活满意度。
Objective To analyze the impact of demographic variables on self-control and life satisfaction of nursing students, and to explore the relationship between self-control and life satisfaction. Methods A total of 372 baccalaureate nursing students were selec- ted from Liaoning medical school and were asked to complete the College Students Self-control Scale and Adolescent Studentsr Life Satisfaction Scale(ASLSS). Results Significant differences were found in the total self-control score and subscale scores of self-sur- veillance and self reinforcement among students with different gender; in seE-evaluation score among students from different birth- place; and in the scores of self-surveillance, self-evaluation, and self-reinforcement, as well as the total self control score among students studying in different grades, being a student leader or not, and spending how much on monthly living expenses (P〈0.05 for all). There were statistical differences in the scores of family satisfaction, freedom satisfaction, school satisfaction, and the overall life satisfaction among students from different birthplace; in the scores of academic satisfaction, freedom satisfaction, school satisfaction, environmental satisfaction, as well as the overall life satisfaction among students studying in different grades, in the scores of family satisfaction, academic satisfaction, school satisfaction, and the overall life satisfaction among students spending how much on monthly living expenses; and in the scores of friend ship satisfaction, family satisfaction, academic satisfac tion, school satisfaction, and the overall life satisfaction among students being a student leader or not (P〈0.05 for all). There was a positive correlation between self-control and life satisfaction (P〈0.05). Conclusion The self-surveillance and self-evaluation are main factors affecting life satisfaction of nursing students. By improving students' self-control ability could increase their life satis- faction.
