中医院护士人文关怀品质及其影响因素调查分析

Predictors of humanistic caring quality of nurses in hospitals of traditional Chinese medicine

目的了解中医院护士人文关怀品质现状,并进行影响因素分析,为提高护士人文关怀品质提供参考。方法采用护士人文关怀品质量表对上海市5所中医院1 888名护士进行调查。结果5所中医院护士人文关怀品质总分(121.19±18.40)分,总体得分率83.58%;职称、学历、是否独生子女及是否接受过人文关怀相关培训对护士人文关怀品质有显著影响(均P<0.05);其中是否独生子女和是否接受过人文关怀相关培训是护士人文关怀品质的主要影响因素(均P<0.05)。结论中医院护士人文关怀品质呈良好状态,护理管理者可根据人文关怀品质影响因素,针对性开展护理人文关怀培训,提高中医院护士整体人文关怀水平。

Objective To describe humanistic caring quality of nurses working in hospitals of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） and to explore the influencing factors. Methods Totally, 1 888 nurses were selected from 5 hospitals of TCM in Shanghai and completed the nurses＇ humanistic caring quality scale. Results The total score of humanistic caring quality of nurses was 121.19± 18.40, with the scoring rate being 83.58 %. Professional titles, educational backgrounds, whether only child in the family or not, and humanis tic caring education had different degree of influence on humanistic caring quality of nurses （P〈0.05 for all）. Being an only child in the family and humanistic caring education were the main predictors （P〈0.05 for both）. Conclusion The humanistic caring quality of nurses in hospitals of TCM stands at satisfactory levels. Nursing managers can conduct targeted education programs according to the influencing factors to improve humanistic caring quality of nurses working in hospitals of TCM.
