摘要
以竹芋淀粉的提取率为指标,通过单因素试验和正交试验确定了竹芋淀粉的最佳提取工艺。结果表明:料液比1∶6(g/mL),浸提时间1.5 h,浸提温度35℃,浆料pH8时,竹芋淀粉的提取率最高,约为80.0%。
To extract the arrowroot starch rate as index,the best extracting process was determined by the single factor experiment and orthogonal test. The results showed that the ratio of material to water 1∶6 (g/mL),extraction time1.5 h,extraction temperature 35℃and pH 8,under which the starch extracting rate was 80.0%.
