摘要
从农产品(食品)安全法律法规体系、官方监管组织、民间组织3方面介绍了日本的农产品(食品)安全体系,总结了日本农产品(食品)安全体系的特点,提出了对我国农产品(食品)安全体系建设的几点思考。
The laws and regulations system、the official supervision and folk organization were introduced about the safety management system of agricultural products (food) and the features were summarized in Japan.The suggestions were proposed on the Chinese safety management system of agricultural products (food).
