微胶囊多孔淀粉的制备及应用研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 多孔淀粉具有较大的比孔容和比表面积、较强的吸附能力和良好的机械强度。将多孔淀粉微胶囊化制备微胶囊多孔淀粉,可延长包埋物质的贮存稳定性且使用更方便,在食品、医药、农药等领域有着广阔的应用前景。本文综述了微胶囊多孔淀粉的制备方法、性能及应用,并对其发展前景进行了展望。 Porous starch has large specific pore volume and specific surface area , strong adsorption capacity and good mechanical strength. Microencapsulated porous starch is prepared by porous starch microencapsulation , which has high storage stability and can be used more conveniently. Microencapsulated porous starch has brilliant application prospects in food,pharmaceutical and pesticide etc. In this paper, preparation methods, characteristics and applications of microencapsulated porous starch are reviewed , and its potential development is prospected.
