Dialog vario高嵌体修复无髓后牙牙体缺损的效果评价

Clinical evaluation of Dialog vario onlays in restoting posterior teeth defect

目的研究Dialog vario高嵌体修复无髓后牙牙体缺损的临床疗效。方法对61例患者的78颗经过完善根管治疗的后牙牙体缺损病例,采用Dialog vario高嵌体修复。参照美国公共健康协会(USPHS)的修正标准,对修复体的疗效进行评估。结果 78颗患牙修复2年后,共70颗参与随访,除2颗出现修复体破损外均能正常行使功能。修复体破损患牙经预备后再次修复,取得良好效果。结论 Dialog vario高嵌体是一种很好的后牙牙体缺损修复材料。

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effects of onlay made from Dialog vario for the restoration of posterior teeth.Methods Seventy-eight posterior teeth in 61 patients with tooth defect were restored.The efficacy was evaluated using the modified United States Public Health Service（USPHS） criteria.Results After 70 teeth were followed up for 2 years,except two teeth failed and then restored and gained good effects,the others executed the normal function.Conclusion The Dialog vario onlay is a good kind of material for the molar restoration.
